
What You Will Need
Instructions:
1. Prepare Pasta as per instructions on the box in a large pot of salty water. Drain pasta.
2. While pasta is boiling, heat olive oil, and add in onion, and tomato and cook on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly , until the onions are translucent.
3. Add garlic, salt and pepper and lower heat to medium low, mixing together for 3 minutes.
4. Add flour, stir into the ingredients, and cook for one minute. Stir in milk, whisking will stirring in so it doesn't clump, and the Italian seasonings and bring to boil.
5. Reduce the heat and stir occasionally for about 3-4 more minutes. This will allow the sauce to thicken.
If it's too thick, add more milk. If it isn't thick enough, add a little bit more flour.
6. Add the hot, drained pasta and the mozzarella cheese and stir until it's all mixed together.
7. Remove from the heat so that it doesn't become too thick, and serve, it's delicious so enjoy!
